Volunteer’s Week runs from 1st to 7th June and during the week we will be sharing the lovely story of how a Volunteer Driver was able to communicate with one of our Trustees, Penny, who is Deaf.
Volunteer Driver Mike has been volunteering with our charity for 20 Years. Watch Mike’s video on YouTube to discover why he generously gives us his time, followed by watching Penny’s video on YouTube thanking Mike for going out of his way to make his more drives accessible, inclusive and altogether a more enjoyable experience.
We’ve also created a special video message. Here’s the link to watch our thank you video. Our volunteers are the heart of our charity. Their kindness, compassion, and generosity make a real difference every single day — and we simply couldn’t do what we do without them.
