Helpdesk Advisor

Part-time: £9.60 per hour

Up to 16 hours per week

We are Sight for Surrey – an ambitious charity offering a lifetime of support to people who are blind or partially sighted, Deaf, deafblind or hard of hearing.  Our mission is to support people to overcome their day-to-day challenges, achieve their potential and lead an independent life.  Established in 1922, we are a countywide charity based in Fetcham, near Leatherhead.

We are seeking an advisor to be part of our established helpdesk. This helpdesk provides an enquiry, information and support telephone and email service.   Commitment to first contact solutions, excellent communication skills, the ability to work flexibly, as part of a team, and having an enthusiastic ‘can do’ approach are essential.   The post is based at the Sight for Surrey offices in Fetcham.
