The words Charity Walk24 Sunday 12th May are printed in bold.As the song goes, “these boots are made for walking” and that’s just what they will need to do if you join ‘Charity Walk24’, in partnership with Banstead Rotary, on Sunday 12th May in aid of Sensory Services by Sight for Surrey.

This 8.5mile (13.6km) fundraising walk starts and ends on Epsom Downs and takes you through the stunning Surrey countryside: a chance to enjoy the great outdoors, improve your mental health and get fit all at once!

Gain sponsorship for taking on the challenge from friends and family to help Sensory Services by Sight for Surrey reach more people who need our help across Surrey who are Deaf, hard of hearing, blind, partially sighted and deafblind. The walk kicks off between 8.30am and 10am, near the roundabout at Tattenham Corner. Arrive and check-in to get your map and walk notes with all the details you need before setting off. One drinks stop will be available on the route.

Lisa Fletcher, Head of Fundraising at Sensory Services by Sight for Surrey, said, “This is an event you can do solo, or with a group of family and friends. Dogs are welcome to walk it too, there will even be a best dressed pooch competition on the day!”

15% of all fundraising through GoodHub will go to the Banstead Rotary Charities: Supported Charities | Banstead Rotary Club.
