Hammond Cox Casting find people to be on camera in television commercials and they are searching for Deaf and blind people to take part in a TV commercial for Tesco’s.
Tesco’s campaign is specifically looking at making cooking more accessible to all. Tesco have committed to making their recipe hub, the 2nd largest recipe site in the UK, fully accessible to people with vision loss and hearing loss. They are also introducing a range of adaptive cooking tools.
They are looking for people with a variety of disabilities to be in the campaign, but as the project is skewed towards Deaf and blind people, they need people who meet this criteria as well as a wide variety of ages, sexes, ethnicities and backgrounds.
It’s well-paid work, with no requirement for previous acting or performance experience – it’s about personalities and people being themselves.
The commercial shoots in London, but people can be based anywhere in the UK, with options for paid travel and accommodation for the shoot.
You need to be available on 18th or 19th February, for a remote recall online, then 4th and 5th March, to shoot the commercial.
Shoot days are paid at £350 each, with a payment of £5,000 to air the film in the UK & Ireland for 3 months.
Hammond Cox Casting are working with https://www.withnotfor.co.uk to ensure the entire process will be fully accessible.
