During this time the team have taken over 150,000 enquiries covering a wide variety of topics. From queries and questions to orders and appointments, and welfare checks during periods of high heat, Covid and storms, the first point of contact to Sensory Services by Sight for Surrey is via our Helpdesk Advisors.

This terrific team work tirelessly from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and are formed of Lesley, Hang, Anne, Demi and Natalie.

During Covid times the team didn’t stop taking your calls, phones were diverted to mobiles and they continued to answer every phone call, email and text message.  As a first impression of our organisation they do us proud.

Lesley, has been working on the Helpdesk since it first started and said, “I think one of the main things that people find most valuable with the Helpdesk is that they can contact a real person and that is worth a lot to them.”

Hang is our newest recruit to the team and said, “I enjoy being able to assist people every day. Everyone is always supportive and appreciative of us as an organisation and the help we offer. I get a great sense of fulfilment by being able to help people who need it the most and being part of a fantastic organisation.”

The team’s aim is to be a professional and supportive first point of contact and they consistently get good feedback. Thank you to all of the team and a happy ten-year anniversary!
