It was with immense sadness that Sight for Surrey heard that Her Majesty The Queen had died.
Poignant for us as the news came minutes after we had been presented with The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service. Being together with our volunteers as we heard the sad news was very special as we shared our grief.
We will be observing the 10 days of National Mourning and many of our meetings and events will be postponed. We will continue to deliver the specialist services the people we support rely on. God Save the King.
