Communication
Sensory Services by Sight for Surrey offers a Communication Class in Surrey every Thursday, during term time in Merstham. Members of the public with a vision impairment can learn Braille and how to adapt their IT equipment so it is user friendly for them. In addition we do puzzles, crosswords and quizzes and most importantly we have a cup of tea and biscuit and good chat!
Merstham Communication Classes
Term time only
10am – 12pm
Merstham Village Hall

These skills, as well as the essential social contact, can make a huge difference to the independence and confidence of a vision impaired person so do come down and give us a try!
To book onto the next class please email Fiona Brandford
If possible attendees need to make their own transport arrangements to and from the class.
In addition we have produced a list of blind and vision impaired clubs and services, which is available to download in our publications and leaflets section of our website.
