New Fundraising Team!
In November a new fundraising and events manager Lisa Fletcher was appointed and two new fundraising and events assistants Rochelle Adams and Rebecca Dorkins. We’ve had a busy introduction to Sight for Surrey and its been a delight to meet all the team and learn about all the essential, supportive and amazing work the charity does.
We look forward to planning lots of events in 2019 and welcome all fundraising ideas and queries to fundraising@sightforsurrey.org.uk
Recent fundraising events have included Tesco Guildford on Monday 3rd December in which £117 was raised and we plan to be at Tesco in Sandhurst on Thursday 6th December.
We have a few things planned for 2019 including a 24 hour fence-athon at Guildford University in March, and supporting Wisley Flower show September 3-8 and Hampton Court Garden 2-7 July with lots more to follow!
Thank-you to Waitrose and Partners stores across Surrey who have raised nearly £8,000 with more to come!
