At Sensory Services by Sight for Surrey we are dedicated to enabling and empowering people who are Deaf, hard of hearing, blind, partially sighted to lead full and independent lives. We produce a number of leaflets to help support people with a sensory impairment in their everyday life. Please find below links to some of the materials we produce:

General Leaflet – an overview of our services

VI Hospital Passport – if you are blind or partially sighted this leaflet is designed to help and support you whilst in Hospital.

Hospital Passport for Deaf People – if you are Deaf, or hard of hearing this leaflet is designed to help others support you whilst in hospital.

Impact Report April 2022 – March 2023 – an overview of the support and help we have provided over the year, and the funding we have received to help us achieve this.
