During National Eye Health Week (21-27 September), Sight for Surrey staff and volunteers will be out on the streets of Surrey to promote the importance of good eye health.
Our road show will be in Staines (Wednesday 23rd), Guildford (Friday 25th) and Redhill (Saturday 26th) between 10.00am and 4.00pm. Our aim is for members of the public to hear more about the benefits of regular sight tests, take part in a range of interactive activities and visit our Hearing and Sight bus (unfortunately the bus will not be available to attend the Redhill date). Please pop by and say ‘hello’ if you’re nearby on the day!
We are delighted that representatives from organisations such as Surrey County Council and Spelthorne Volunteer Centre are joining us to take part in the road shows. If you would like to be involved on the day at one of our road shows or you would like to help pack promotional materials beforehand, please call 01372 377701 or email: epayne@sightforsurrey.org.uk
